Seeking Truth this week from chapters 17-19 of the book of Proverbs.  Read along here (Proverbs 17-19)!

Is there a constitutional right to die? Some liberals think there is, and there are initiatives on the ballot in a couple places, i.e., Washington, D.C. and Colorado, pushing for doctor-assisted suicide. Melody Wood from the Heritage Foundation joins Jerry Newcombe to discuss some of the wider implications of such measures.

Gary Bauer worked for the Reagan administration and is a reliable conservative. He ran for president in 2000. He helped shape the Family Research Council in its early years and helped put it on the map. Today, he runs American Values and the Campaign for Working Families in the greater D.C. area. His “End of the Day” reports are must-reading for thoughtful Christians and conservatives. Gary Bauer joins Jerry Newcombe to discuss the allegations of sexual harassment that have been leveled against Donald Trump.

Some of the WikiLeaks memos reveal an anti-Christian (anti-Catholic and anti-evangelical)  bias among some of those on Hillary Clinton’s campaign staff or fellow travelers. For example, John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign manager, said in a secret email he was hoping that some renegade Catholics would create a “Catholic Spring” in order to subvert influence of the church. Terry Schilling, executive director of the American Principles Project, joins Jerry Newcombe to discuss the bias.
